What sizes do you carry?

How can I check my order status?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times for international orders typically take 7–14 business days depending on your location.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, please contact us at support@maisonstride.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

What is your return policy?

You may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

How do I care for my shoes?

Each material requires different care. For leather shoes, we recommend using a leather conditioner. For suede, use a soft suede brush. Detailed care tips are included on each product page.
