At Maison Stride, we want you to love every step you take in our shoes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • You may exchange for a different size, color, or style (based on availability).

  • If your desired item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund.

How to Start a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@maisonstride.com with your order number.

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5–7 business days.
